Si is this the longest running downtime issue ? [/quote]
Not by a long shot! The Oct/Nov issue I referenced earlier was WEEKS long:
@slagle Lools like routine with sunset offset is failing for me at least with the new app update today. I have opened a ticket. Even putting the routine at a specific time failed.
My smart apps and devices are failing randomly and frequently. ST just reported issues with Mobile App, logging was broken the last time I tried to debug some code. Scheduled events were reported to be broken a few days ago and they hardly ever work anyway. Polling has been broken ever since I bought my hub and ST seems to not care at all. Which boggles my mind because what good are sensors that are not being polled ?
Anyway felt the need to vent a little because another one of my devices has suddenly stopped working and the system failed to fire my smart app schedule causing my heat to remain on instead of turning off on schedule. What good is home automation that works…sometimes…
I have a pretty robust SmartThings network with 19 devices. These include switches and receptacles as well as two CT100 thermostats. Recently I’ve been having a time scheduled event failure with my upstairs thermostat. I have set up both thermostats on the same Routine and only the downstairs thermostat runs and the upstairs unit does not. I have tried SmartApps of different types and set up both to do the same thing. Once again the downstairs works and the upstairs does not.
The issue is not one of connectivity, I know this because the thermostat that fails to set properly is fully connected and I can set the temperature and mode via the app with no delay.
Does anyone have any idea of what is causing this or what I can do to fix the problem?

That’s when it was acknowledged on the status page. Do a search and you’ll find the issue actually started last Friday.
