Philips Hue stopped working

Hi!

This morning when i woke up no one of my hues worked via smartthings, the hueapp made them light up.

I found this in the logs trying to turn on a hue:
error java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot get property ‘id’ on null object @ line 92

Anyone with the same problem? Have there been an update?

Anyway to check if it have been an update? The HUE-lights worked when i went to bed yesterday.

mine still working fine

I had the same problem. Go to the IDE, in the device list select your hue device. Click edit then just press update. Worked for me

Here is what I am seeing in my logs. Earlier I found out that I was in the Super LAN Connect beta thing which I did not signup for and my Sonos now messed up. Not sure if it is related to the HUE issues. @slage

I’ve come home this evening to find that my lights are no longer working and that the hue connect app had disappeared from my smart apps too. somthing very odd going on. @smartthings_support and update please on any known issues? will this be fixable? or will we all just be directed to raise a ticket :frowning:?

We have found the root cause of the issue. Essentially a caching problem from the migration we ran.

Hue Connect missing is not a problem. It is part of the new connect experience for LAN devices. Except an email and App update in the next few minutes/hours.

Thanks appears to be OK now.

Sorry for the slightly bumpy start to the new lan experience. Email and app update will have more info on the new experience.

My automation to Turn on Hue light didn’t work. Stuck on turningon.
I try to turn it off manually with Smartthing app and turn it on and still stuck on turning on.

in Hue bridge it show as turn on.

I did an Z-wave repair and still the same result.
