“My Testing Devices” Not Visible for Secondary Test Developer in SmartThings App

I am currently developing a Cloud Connected Device (Cloud-to-Cloud) integration:

  • Schema App (C2C server): implemented
  • Cloud Device: created and Published

With my primary developer account, everything works as expected:

  1. On the SmartThings app, with Developer Mode enabled, I can see “My Testing Devices”.
  2. From there, I go through the OAuth2 flow and successfully add and test the C2C device in the ST app.

However, after I:

  1. Added another test developer under Certification Console → Organization Settings, and
  2. Enabled Developer Mode on that developer’s test phone (Galaxy S25 Ultra),

the “My Testing Devices” section does not appear for that account, so they cannot register the same C2C device for testing.

I have already reviewed the following thread, but it did not resolve the issue:

My questions are:

  1. Are there any additional steps or permissions required so that organization test developers can see “My Testing Devices” and access the same C2C test devices?
  2. Is there any known limitation related to organization accounts, regional settings, or specific device models (Galaxy S25 Ultra) that could cause “My Testing Devices” to be hidden?
  3. Is there a typical propagation delay after adding a developer in Organization Settings before “My Testing Devices” becomes available?

Any guidance or checklist I can follow to ensure secondary testers can view and use “My Testing Devices” would be greatly appreciated.

Currently, the registered resources are as follows:

There are two additional developers registered under this organization:

  • For one of them, a different abnormal behavior is occurring (I plan to open a separate post describing that issue in detail).
  • For the other developer, “My Testing Devices” does not appear at all in the SmartThings app, so they are completely unable to see or add the test C2C device.

We’re going to check with our team to figure out why the “My Testing Devices” section isn’t appearing for you.
Meanwhile, could you please share the following with the other developers so they can try installing?

Use Schema Invitations to invite others to test your integration

Also, could you confirm if all developers are in the same region?
And would you be able to grant us access to your account and the other two developers’ accounts so we can verify a few additional details?

  1. Confirm the email account registered in the forum is the same one you use for SmartThings. If not, please share it with me over DM.
  2. Enable support access to your account:
  1. Go to the SmartThings Web (my.smartthings.com)
  2. Log in to your Samsung Account
  3. Select Menu (⋮) and choose Settings
  4. Toggle on Account Data Access
  5. Select the time period and confirm - In this step, please select “Until turned off”, once the team finishes, we’ll let you know so you can disable it again.
