Hub Inactive?

Just like to add that I got my new Hub which fixed the issue.

My only problem now is that when trying to remove anything assigned to my old hub or location, I get multiple errors:

Errors Galore - can't remove anything

So my hub died and I was issued a new one. On top of that, I moved house, so as it stands: All my devices are assigned to my old hub My old hub is assigned to my old location If I try to delete the location, I get: Error 500: Internal Server Error URI /location/list Reference Id 7babe6b3-e7ca-4664-8d8e-4ba2a6e7519e Date Thu Nov 12 16:24:55 UTC 2015 If I try to delete the Hub, I get: Error 500: Internal Server Error URI /hub/list Reference Id a48fd0f6-dc66-4b71-b247-3d76c4f53eae Date Thu Nov 12 16:25:28 UTC 2015 If I try to delete, uninstall or remove anything in the app, I get “Unexpected Error” and if I try to remove a device online I get: Cannot get property ‘heroDeviceId’ on null object So far, SmartThings is being incredibly Dumb, and I can’t do anything. …
