(EDGE Driver-Mc) Zigbee switch MC, Zigbee switch power MC, Zigbee multi switch and child MC

Hi Mariano, please add the following fingerprints:

id: “TS0013/_TYZB01_qzxiz2hq”
deviceLabel: TuyaArbit 3 Switch
manufacturer: _TYZB01_qzxiz2hq
model: TS0013
deviceProfileName: three-switch

I’m not sure where this device belong to, but it is a 3 gang switch where in the DTH world it has child switch. I hope you can add it so it will appear as 3 individual switches which I can assign each to adifferent room

Your help is much appreciated. Thank you

@KleverBatista @ginanjar

Thanks @Mariano_Colmenarejo its perfect!!!

If I want to add custom name for every switch the best way is to control it using virtual devices and automations?

Thanks for all!!!

You can create child devices in setting preferences menú for switches 2 and 3.

Created devices will appears in the room of the hub

Thanks for all. It’s working perfect:pray::pray:

@Mariano_Colmenarejo can you add support for the Aqara Dual Channel Relay LLKZMK11LM into this driver?
The only available driver for it llkzmk11lm does not support the creation of Child Devices like yours does…

I don’t care much about power metering, I was using the Smartthings native Zigbee Dual Switch DTH with these relays for years without any problems… I just need to be able to treat the 2 channels as 2 completely separate devices (for grouping into different rooms, for Google Home integration, many other things)

I would really appreciate if you can add the fingerprint to your driver & let me know how I can support. I’m not very competent with Edge yet (haven’t even accessed the CLI yet) but I’m ready to learn quickly & support…

Hi @Michael_Habib

I need the fingerprints and cluster to assign the correct profile.

Change to zigbee thing Mc driver to see all device data

Here you go

only switch-1 (main) are power meter

Thank you so much for the fast turnaround…

How long before this would reflect on my hub if I’m already subscribed to the driver channel?

12 hour maximun

@Michael_Habib
The driver is immediately updated on the channel. The 12 hours are for the update of the driver installed in your hub.

If you delete the driver from your hub and reinstall it from the channel, the new updated version will be installed

@Mariano_Colmenarejo thank you so much, it took a day or so to reflect on my hub for some reason, but once it did, it worked like a charm…

Now I have another ‘dumb’ question - I have 20 similar relays in my home already, installed & connected to the Hub via the old DTH & working fine. Is there a way to force migrate them to your driver without having to delete & re-add them?
Keep in mind that 20 relays = 40 devices, and God knows how many rules :frowning:
Also they are installed inside wall switches, so lots of screws to undo just to hit that pairing button :open_mouth:

I’ve searched the forums & generally online, can’t seem to find an answer…

You can wait until SmartThings makes replacement.
When SmartThings makes replacement your rules continue operation.

Platform Transition FAQ – SmartThings Support

Option 3 (For Zigbee and Z-Wave devices only): Install a replacement community-created Lua Edge driver from the SmartThings community into your SmartThings hub and wait for SmartThings to migrate your device.

Yes that’s an option but the problem is that I doubt the Child devices will be created automatically & remain within the lighting groups & automations…

Anyway this saves me the physical part, unscrewing the wall switches to re-pair. Thanks.

Here is a smartthings post with a section dedicated to the migration of devices that do not use stock DTH and can migrate to a community-created Edge driver if it is already installed in the Hub and the driver is compatible with the device.

I don’t know how the migration handles child DTH devices.

Those devices have a different ID to the parent device and I don’t know if they will be shown as a thing or deleted.

If deleted, now the routines will not be deleted and can be easily edited.

If they go to one thing and don’t fix the procedure, the routines will be cleared if there are no other devices in the If part and Then part routines

Yes I am familiar what happens when a device is deleted…
I hope they replace them with ‘things’, then I can at least re-configure only the condition/action after properly replacing them with a new child device from your driver…

BTW, I was not using a custom DTH with these, I was using the Smartthings ‘Zigbee Multi Switch’, which is marked in bold in the list on this post List, not sure when they were added…

Anyway thanks for the help. Seems the best approach is to just wait.

No, now delete device is better for preserve routines.

But if your device fingerprints is not in DTH fingerprints then is not migrated to stock Edge Driver

Yes correct. That’s why they stayed as DTH. now that I have a community Driver with the right fingerprint, will they be migrated? as I understood from the post you shared it should be yes… but what’s not clear is the child devices, for that will wait & see…

Hi all, Just wondering if anything changed in the last day or so ? I have 5 Tuya zigbee 3 plugs that i have been using with this driver for 3 or 4 months now with no issues. Yesterday they all stopped working. i tried all kinds of stuff and rebooted the hub etc etc. eventually I downloaded another zigbee power EDGE driver from smartthing Drivers (BETA) and that now works fine for all the plugs. Just wondering what changed in the last couple of days ?
