Do you have IPv6 turned off on your Internet router?

Yes i believe it will still be. Nuki specifically told me to turn it off last time I had issues with this lock

WTF. Turn IPv6 back on on your Internet router. And then reboot (power cycle) your hub.

Like ive said before. They all said turn all other modes off on my router AX Mode, 5ghz 6ghz. Guest wifi. All sorts of stuff that like you say have nothing to do with Thread!! Very tempted to switch to another brand now. Its the only matter device that gives me issues
