USEE Zigbee PowerStrip SM-301U-PA20

Hi everyone. I just bought one of these power strips and was able to get it set up in Smartthings but i can only control the main power on and off which turns all devices plugged into it on or off.

I saw the references to child devices which I assume are the individual outlets and USB ports. Can someone point me to an easy to understand how To so I can get Smartthings control of each outlet on the strip?
