I really need your help.
I am a developer getting a “500 Internal Server Error” when running smartthings apps via CLI.
[Diagnosis]
It seems I have exceeded the limit of 60 App Definitions with “Ghost Apps” created via API.
Because of the 500 Error, I cannot list or delete them myself.

[What I tried - IMPORTANT]
- I tried to contact support, but the email (support@smartthings.com) bounced back.
- I even tried “Withdrawing” my SmartThings service and Re-joining.
- However, the 500 Error PERSISTS immediately after re-joining.
This confirms that the corrupted data is stuck in your internal database and was NOT cleared by the withdrawal process.
Could you please escalate this to the engineering team for a “HARD RESET” of my App Definitions?
