How can I get a forced update to my recently purchased hub it’s a ET-WV523
i believe that model is no longer supported. Along with the WV525 and WV520. You should reach out to ST Customer Support through the app and see what they say. They haven’t received firmware updates in almost 2 years.

Did you have any issues installing the hub? We want to confirm whether you had any issues installing it or enabling the hub portion.
If you didn’t, then it means you’re only referring to the hub having what seems to be an “old” hub firmware version, right?
Hub firmware updates are automatic. So, you shouldn’t have to do anything else. Can you let us know which version you see?
52.21 is the latest firmware for that model having last been updated in Jun 2024.
