i believe that model is no longer supported. Along with the WV525 and WV520. You should reach out to ST Customer Support through the app and see what they say. They haven’t received firmware updates in almost 2 years.

Did you have any issues installing the hub? We want to confirm whether you had any issues installing it or enabling the hub portion.
If you didn’t, then it means you’re only referring to the hub having what seems to be an “old” hub firmware version, right?
Hub firmware updates are automatic. So, you shouldn’t have to do anything else. Can you let us know which version you see?
Iv had the hub delivered today, iv unpacked and connected the ethernet and power, the smart things app detected the device and started the setup. It gets to 69% and fails with the following.
