ST Smart Lighting Routine Issues

Hi All. Recently on my ST Version 3 hub, I’ve lost access to the ST “Smart Lighting” routine. I used to have 15 action within this routine. I can see them, but can no longer access the logic to make changes, or even create a new routine.

When trying to edit a routine, the ST phone app merely spins forever on a blank screen.

I’ve tried rebooting, deleting, powering down/up, and even looking via the ST account app w/o any success.

Anyone have the same situation. Any thoughts on what to do next?

Have you reported this issue to Customer support?
They should be able to help, they are not monitoring the Community forum

A follow-up to your question regarding customer support. I’ve supplied the requested information. However, it appears the ST app fails to generate any type of log file as requested by Support. I am not able to find any type log/file in the /Download folder on my phone - either internally or on the SDcard. I suspect this is related to the issue at hand.

Will missing log files holdup my support request?

The log file (app or hub) is generated and sent in the background.

I was told via support that the log file sent is in the /Downloads folder on my phone…but Im unable to find anything.

I can’t view, edit or create Smart lighting automations today.

I reported it to customer support via the app.

I have had the same issue here since December.

Just wondering, try and tap on your Hub under “devices” to check if any of your devices listed. Mine are all missing.

Yes, no devices have been listed on the hub detail page for a couple weeks.

I can see all my Smart lighting automations (Recipes) in the Advanced Web App, but the only thing you can do there is enable and disable them.

I’ll add you to the report about that issue, could you share the following information, please?

  1. A screen recording of you trying to open the app
  2. Share your timezone to have a reference for the time that appears on the recording
  3. After that, please collect the app logs as follows:

Interesting. Also, I have “lighting Groups” as well. Those still run and can be edited (and the list of devices show) BUT just visually looking at the group alone draws a blank.
