@nayelyz any update? Should I just try to recreate it from memory? It was pretty complicated, and I’d prefer for it to be restored, with potentially other missing routines I may not know about.
Hi, @Wajo357
Sorry for the delay. I asked the engineering team about this since there are a few other tickets with similar descriptions. Once I get their feedback, I’ll let you know. I’ll keep pinging them
Add me to the list… I keep having my Good Morning routine disappear. So my alarm response goes off every morning. I recreated it twice now. It is very simple… if a certain time of day, a certain single device status, and in Night mode, fire, running a different routine. The one device it relies on is active and the logs show it has regular updates to the hub.
Seeing this happen as well in the past 2 weeks. A routine that’s been untouched for a couple of years just disappeared. Added it back, gone the next day. Added again, then a different routine related to the same devices was gone. Seems to be stable right now.
It was nowhere to be found. I noticed the first one missing while researching why the lights the lights didn’t turn on when there was motion. Then after recreating that one, researching why they never turned off. The routine for both was there and working earlier in the day. Then gone, recreate, gone again later, repeat.
Hi, @Stephen_Johnson
Do you recall the date and time when this incident occurred?
If not, can you create it again? The engineering team can take a look, but they need the following information:
Approximate date and time of when the routine disappeared
