Working for me as well with multiple locks.
This is exactly what I see. The bottom lock can be locked and unlocked but the others are greyed out and there is no lock code option in the 3 dots, just history. What locks/drivers are you using? Andorid or IOS?
Android
Schlage BE469 and BE469ZP
Z-Wave Lock PH Beta Edge Driver (didn’t switch to the updated release to avoid lock codeNames being reset)
The interface on iOS is different than Android and the problem doesn’t seem to occur there.
Any updates on this. I still don’t have access to my codes section?
I ended up opening up a ticket and they made me go through all the stuff I tried already and I also pointed them to these posts on the forums. Even though they made the change and must know what they changed, they still haven’t fixed it yet for me.
Jake, what locks do you have and what driver are you using?
Unfortunately not, the team is still working on it it’s a problem with the UI but we need some extra information.
@Jake_Mohl @mlchelp Can you assist with the additional information needed for the report
1- The version of the SmartThings App
2- Could you recreate the issue and send the mobile logs?
You can share the information with a direct message or by build@smartthings.com
How to get the mobile logs
If you are using a Samsung device
- On your mobile device, launch the Phone app (where you make calls) and enter the code *#9900#
- On the opened page, click on “Run Dumstate/Logcat”. Wait until it finishes and shows a message with the created file
- Then, select the option “Copy to SD card (Include cp Ramdump)”. When it finishes, it will show a success message.
- Share the file with us, please. There are two options:
From your phone: - Go to Files > internal storage
- Find a folder called “log” and search the created file there. Sample name: “dumpState_G950USQU8DUD3_202208162013”
The last part helps you identify it better because it includes the date and time when it was generated.
From a PC. Connect your device to a PC and look for the “log” directory and find the generated file.

I have two “locks” in my system at this house. The first one on the list is dead, but I have been unable to remove it. The second one is the valid lock for this house on this account. (Both are/were Schlage Z-Wave locks) We have been trying to remove a code and add a code since 12/5. The “lock codes” menu does not appear on either of our Android phones (Pixel 8, Pixel 7) even when removing/reinstalling the SmartThings app. It also doesn’t work through the online version of Smart Lock Guest Access either. We are able to lock and unlock the door remotely, we can see “history” but the UI is not showing “lock codes”. We have about 10 codes in the lock. We have an active support ticket.
Yes. I have 186 between 3 v3 hubs.
