Samsung broke it with the newest Android update. The stopped the use of HTML and limited text to 2 lines.

:man_facepalming:t3::triumph: That explains everything! My iPhone displays it correctly but only the first"Manufacturer" line.
I hope they offer an explanation and a way forward. :man_shrugging:t3::face_exhaling:

Ive tried but the siren buttons are disabled @RebelMagpie

Hello. I have zigbee valve and I dont have proper driver.

This is the only driver that might work with EF00 clusters.

@Paul_Oliver Maybe You know. When I set datapoint 102 they dont work. Maybe I do something wrong… ? I need a little help with configuration.

I don’t know, I am tagging @w35l3y the author, maybe he can help.

Seems like @w35l3y isn’t active these days

Yeah, it looks like his last post was on Jan. 21.

I sent a message to him but there was no response for 2 weeks. Maybe You know any people they have knowledge about this driver?

Sorry for the belated reply, Kev. Did you get it working? May have just taken a while for the datapoints to connect properly.

I put my siren away and pulled the batteries out a while back as I didn’t think it was loud enough to be effective. I went to get it out to test for you, but I can’t find it at present. I have packed a bunch of stuff up in preparation for a house move and it may be in a box somewhere.

I do know the buttons were active in the app, and that I was able to trigger the siren from the app and via routines.

@storm_k3 I found my siren. Set it up again, and I am getting the same outcome as you. Alarm buttons are disabled.

Interestingly, when I set it to Generic profile, none of the datapoints are showing.

And there are no buttons to push on the unit, apart from the pairing button, which doesn’t seem to trigger an update.

If I pair it with the Tuya hub and app, it works fine

After 24 hrs multiple add/remove and trial with tuya gatway…

1 works and the other does not…. Note the different models…

Out of curiosity, do they both have batteries installed? My batteries had gone flat, so I pulled them out, and I don’t have any CR123As to replace them. I was wondering if the siren needs both USB power and batteries to work properly.

When I first connected it, it worked fine. I have some CR123As on order and will test further.

Tuya siren batteries should be used as a backup only. This device is also a Zigbee router, it relays Zigbee packets all the time and the batteries will deplete very fast.

There is no way to disable the routing function.

@storm_k3, I was able to “unlock” the alarm buttons in the detail display by first pressing the on/off button on the alarm’s card on the devices screen. Once I did that, the alarm sounded and it now works as expected. Might be worth a try on your unresponsive one.

Hi, i tried but no luck…

Now with Smartthings app update, there looks to be a bug…. See thr debugbsection, which previously displayed model …
