Looks like there is a slight change to linked services. When you open a linked service…. There are two options at the bottom of the screen: Unlink and Refresh.

Update has broken adding Leviton devices. Not sure about QR code adding but devices that do not have one will crash once you get to the part to pick the type and all types crash. Happens in iPhone and iPad. Deleted and re-added app too.
Voice navigation fails are major. I couldn’t get very far in the app. There are many options on many pages which just say “button“ or “checkbox“ without telling you any more about it than that. Also, on a number of pages there’s no way to scroll down. And multiple choice options either don’t work or give the wrong numbers, such as saying there are five options in a row, when there are more than a dozen.
Pretty much unusable by someone who needs a voice reader.
