Having an issue when trying to log in to the SmarThings app.
can you provide more details? We know this is a continuation of a post in another thread and you live in Australia and use the Family Home Hubs.
- have you been able to login to an existing Samsung account in the past and this issue recently started? or you are starting out for the first time?
- which model iPhone? new install of the ST app or was it a transfer from another iPhone in case you got a new one?
- do you use any VPNS?
- Have you attempted to uninstall and reinstall the app?
- Do you have any other devices you can try?
- are you able to login to https://my.smartthings.com or https://account.samsung.com
We are just trying to get a handle on where the issue may be. Any other details you can provide that might assist the community.
have you tried connecting to Samsung Support from their web site - https://www.samsung.com/au/support/contact/

- Yes In the past I was able to login to this app. This issue started few weeks ago.

- Iphone 15 pro max, new install
- do you use any VPNS?
- No VPNS enable while accessing app.
- Have you attempted to uninstall and reinstall the app?
- yes to uninstall and install multiple times.
- Do you have any other devices you can try? are you able to login to
- yes tried in another iPhone 12 pro max but same issue

Yes but was not very helpful solution provided
You can login to account.samsung.com but not my.smartthings.com - that is very odd since the smasung url is what handles to sign in process:
- do yo use any type of malware/ad blocking on the iPhone or with Safari or home network?
- use a password manager? perhaps there is a mismatch with the info (ST uses your Samsung account)
- if you login to account.samsung.com first and then try to open my.smartthings.com - does that work?
- have you attempted to login to my.smartthings.com with a private/incognito tab in your browser?
- have you tried to clear smartthings.com on your iOS device → Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website data?
