Sengled Bulbs not connecting

One thing to check is look in the room the SmartThings hub is located in, not the other rooms.

Are those WiFi bulbs? I don’t ever remember by Sengled Zigbee bulbs flashing when in the pairing mode, but Sengled support says that the WiFi bulbs do.

In any event, I have had problems pairing my Zigbee bulbs. I found that I had to factory reset them to get them to pair. In my case, I didn’t get the “pairing” flashes like you did, but a factory reset is still worth trying.

Also, as @pfarmer1952 suggested, look in the room where your hub is. Also check the “no room assigned” room. You can also select “All Devices” in the Devices tab and scroll through all the rooms.

Has anyone recently been able to add devices in Smartthings? Recently, my devices stopped working, and it seems to be because my main Hub got damaged. When I set up a new one, all the settings were lost, and now I can’t get them added back.

I already reset my Sengled Zigbee Bulbs, but they are not recognized; neither is the Motion Sensor nor the Smart Plug.

Any ideas?

Is your new hub showing up in the SmartThings app? If so, you could try and use the replace hub option in the app. Click on the old hub in the ST’s app and go to settings (3 dots, top right) and click on Replace Hub. This is a pretty new feature, but might be worth a try and move all your devices from the broken hub to your new hub.
