I’m an IT professional with over 35 years in the field. I more or less retired from IT and now teach computer science to college students. My love of the idea of a “smart home” goes all the way back to the 90’s with X10. I’ve been a SmartThings user for just over 4 years and am really enjoying the benefits of having a real “smart home”. It’s a labor of love, I enjoy automating just about everything I can in and around the house.
