This post is about SmartThing WiFi hub and its router. As far as I know, V3 Hub is another type and it’s mostly the Aeotec Hub, I think the model is IM6001-V3P01
You should report this issue to Customer Support which can be done:
- Through the app, Menu > report a problem
- Sending an email to support@smartthings.com. If you receive a response saying they can’t help you because you’re not in the US, keep insisting because that’s incorrect. This email is for general support.
- From the SmartThings web page:
- Enter this page
- Click on “Support” in the upper-right corner
- Check if the URL includes your region. For example,
en-us

- At the bottom, select “email” and describe your issue as detailed as possible.
- Click on “submit”
