Order Cancellation/Customer Support

I placed an order yesterday, and there was a mistake. I opened a support request immediately to cancel it (as I could not find any number or other ways to reach out) - but looks like the order is shipped.

With no customer support number and emails not being responded to, timely, I am now apprehensive of having chosen Smartthings.

Keep it. There’s a great community here and although ST is not perfect by no stretch of the imagination, it’s pretty darn cool.

Since the OP said there’s no customer support number, I’m guessing they may be in the U.K.

Wow… I want to work in the UK. Apparently ST Support Staff there gets “Bankers Hours”.
