Hi
I’m trying to add Matter devices to SmartThings (Frame TV plus dongle as a hub) without success. I know the Matter devices are working as they are recognised as Matter devices by Google Home.
SmartThings is giving me error code 39-519.
Any ideas? Thank you.
Brand/model of the matter devices?
Meross Matter Smart Plug, Ikea Dirigera Matter bridge
Remove them from GH, reset them, add them to ST but power cycle them right before or - and this somehow works sometimes - when ST asks you to prepare the device.

That describes Matter commissioning for me.
The Meross plugs were a bit of a battle but I did end up with them on three ST hubs across two Locations, and also in a Google Home ‘home’. Unfortunately they do tend to just stop responding and need power cycling so they are no good in hard to access locations or for anything important. They are easy to update though.
The big battle for me is with Matter over Thread. I made the mistake of buying Onvis S4 plugs outside of an Apple environment. Unfortunately the firmware updates, which the plugs badly need, are only available on their app. Anyone else is screwed. I am also hampered by using a GL.iNet GL-S20 as a TBR without really understanding it. Despite all that I was able to commission plugs on ST and then multi-admin them to Google. I was even able to multi-admin them back to another ST hub. So I know it can be done. I just don’t know how I did it. It now takes me a bazillion tries to do the first commissioning, and multi-admin no longer gets even close to working ever.

I just migrated to the aeotec v3 hub. I am getting this error when adding any matter devices? I have tried adding them directly and via added to Google and using the pairing code. Any update or suggestions on this topic? Trying with tapo dimmer, and linkind bulbs and outlets.
