No response after logging in to add compatible devices.
The affiliated device is called AUTOLINE.
If you log in to the ST connection during app modification, the https://c2c-ap.smartthings.com/oauth/callback address where you receive the callback redirect will not respond, that is, smartings.
Smartphone screen encountered an error while trying to connect account. Please try again.
Error code: DJ4SMKW
Is there any way we can solve it?

I’ll ask the engineering team if they can see the error log related to that code and let you know.

The connection issue is not the problem. I have checked all the steps again.

  1. Screen recording of you replicating the issue to see the steps you follow and when you get the error
  2. Right after recording the issue, get the app logs in case this issue is related to the app so we can redirect it to the corresponding team
  1. As we’ll see the time in your recording, we only need the time zone to look in the cloud logs for errors
