What is the model code of the device that you are attempting to onboard?
Have you attempted to scan or add by model code?

If you haven’t already try to clear the cache of the Smart Things application and re-attempt the onboarding process by searching the device’s model code in the search bar to see if the symptom persists.

This error occurs when the redirect URI is ‘https://c2c-eu.smartthings.com/oauth/callback’ or ‘https://c2c-us.smartthings.com/oauth/callback’. U.S. or European accounts are blocked from showing the brand, but for some reason it seems to be connecting with us or eu.
It is the ap account that tried to log in, but I wonder why the redirect uri is eu or us.
