No Network Connection after Update to v1.8.21.28

SmartThings App upgraded to v 1.8.21.28 on multiple Android Devices.

On one device, I see the following pop-up message when first opening SmartThings App:
“No network connection”
“Couldn’t find an available networks.”
Only option is to click “OK”

After clicking OK, Home Monitor on Home Page, as well as SmartThings Cams, continue to show Circling-Dots Animation and never resolves.

Problematic Android is a Samsung Tab SM-T307U, Android v11, One UI v3.1
It very definitely is connected to my Wi-Fi and Network is functioning correctly (i.e. can browse in Chrome, other apps, etc.).

Working Androids are:
Multiple Samsung Galaxy Note 10+'s, Android v12, One UI v4.1
Multiple Samsung Galaxy Note 9’s, Android v10, One UI v2.5

Tried rebooting Tablet, Closing/Restarting App, Clearing SmartThings App Cache, Connecting to different networks.

Anyone else experience something similar ?

Any other suggestions ?

one suggestion (but doubt it will resolve the issue) → change the default browser on the device.

second suggestion → does the Android version offer “sign out” as the iOS does. If it does, sign out and sign back in. But with the issue on multiple devices, I doubt this will resolve the issue either.

third suggestion → contact ST support

have you tried… turning off wifi on one of the mobile devices and use cellular only to see what happens?

can you control devices from my.smartthings.com?

I haven’t read it but worth looking to see if others may have reported the issue

Thanks @jkp as always for the suggestions! I tried the Browser switch and a Cellular Network, didn’t fix it.

I had a second SM-T307U with Android v11 and One UI v3.1 which worked perfectly.

So I tried clearing Cache first, didn’t fix it. Before Uninstalling/Reinstalling SmartThings, I Cleared Data and it’s working again.
