Once enrolled, your Hub will receive Beta firmware during the next Hub Firmware Beta release rollout period. We will continue to share announcements for new Hub Firmware Beta releases, including rollout dates and release notes in the Hub Firmware Beta Announcements space. If you’d prefer your enrollment changes to take effect sooner, please reach out in the Hub Firmware Beta post in Hub Firmware Beta - SmartThings Community for the relevant release to get access.
Reporting Bugs and Feedback
Your feedback is important to us. To report issues or make feature requests, comment on the Hub Firmware Beta Announcements for the latest release. We will monitor the related release page and engage with reported issues on those pages.
Thank you for your participation. We look forward to partnering with you to continue to evolve the SmartThings platform.
Leaving the Customer Beta Program
To opt out of the program, please follow the same steps to sign up but select Public
