As part of our Beta program, it is important for our support team to investigate logs from Hubs running that are reporting errors. To provide our team access, please follow these instructions:
Might there be a similar beta program for Smartthings WiFi hubs? Any reason to be optimistic that those hubs will be updated to a suitable firmware that will enable them to utilize the hub-replace feature?
Hey @henrypscott - I really appreciate your question. We too see the value of a Beta program on the different hub types. Currently, we do not yet offer this, however, I will save this message and if that changes I will personally reach out to you and let you know.
I signed up to the beta on centercode and put as much info on it that it allowed at the start of the previous one but still not been accepted, is this for specific people or am I doing something wrong?
@alissa.dornbos due to repetitive instability in my Zwave / Zigbee network, I’d like to leave the beta program. But I do not remember the account password on https://smartthings.centercode.com/
And it seems the “forgot password” button is not working, is there another way to opt out?
We are sorry to hear about your troubles. Please private message me your email address and I can help you with the password reset steps.
All users who enroll in this program, temporarily get a pre-production release. Then when the production candidate rolls out, those hubs update to the production candidate. If you are having Z-Wave or Zigbee Network issues, please feel free to provide additional information and we could take a look.
Thank you.

I’m seeing a lot transmit failures on the z-wave network with the this beta firmware (it’s not happening on the 0.50.x release firmware)
Same as Veonua, I would like to opt-out from the beta release program as well. One of my hub is now on 51.2 and most , if not all, of my physical devices are going offline for no reasons. But just like Veonua, I am not able to login in Centecode. Please help. Thanks.
I just hope the issue on this beta release gets resolved soon.
