Your integration of the sensor is a very smart feature. I had already noticed this.
For me, the Aeotec Multipurpose Sensor does the job. It also measures the temperature in the hallway, and its vibration detection notifies me on the phone respectively a smart speaker if someone knocks at the door. And it costs just over half the price of that Nuki sensor.

Since updating the hubs to firmware version 0.58.10, they meet the requirements for remote access to Nuki Locks Gen. 4 and newer. After enabling this feature in the Nuki app, the feature can be seen under Settings > Smart Home > Matter and in the connection status.
