I’m trying to connect my washer to the internet but it can’t connect , and I can’t even get my mobile phone to connect to the samsung washer network , any idea how can I solve this ?

In that case, I recommend contacting customer support, if the issue is related directly to SmartThings, reach out to SmartThings customer support, or if it is related to the device itself contact the manufacturer’s support.
