Hello I have a Washing Machine / dryer WD85N7. I’m trying to add it to my smartthinks app. It get to 98% registered to your samsung account them time out with error " There was a problem connecting to the network with your Washer".
I know it connects to my wi/fi access point as I can ping it. Samsung said my Telstra NBN modem/router is not compatible so I purchase a cheep generic access point and have the same problem.
can anyone shed any light as to why my Samsung WD85N7 washer / dry not connecting the my SmartThinks account.
