Hi There. I just migrated over to the new app. Everything seems to be ok from the programing side.
I have noticed that I am no longer receiving the text messages when a user unlocks the door with a code.
Can you please advise what I need to do in order for this function to work again?
What lock / model are you using?
Mine stopped working too. I have the Schlage Connect Camelot Z-Wave lock. Very new to all of this :). Check all my notifications are set to push notices. All seemed to happen after migration.
If you’ve clicked the “migrate” button try to exclude the lock, delete and custom lock device handlers for your lock, reinstall the device handlers and then try pairing the lock again. This usually fixes it.
I am using a Kwikset 910 Z-Wave SmartCode Electronic Deadbolt featuring SmartKey. When I add users I get the confirmation text but no longer receive the text when users unlock the door with their code.
You’re likely running in a lack of buffering issue: See this topic which explains it more detail: FAQ: why would I need another beaming repeater if my zwave lock is already close to my hub?
