Is ST down (cloud services & mobile app)? [Resolved]

none of my devices work remotely. I opened a ticket and they didn’t have an answer. I can see the status of light switches in the app if they are turned on locally but they don’t respond if remotely triggered.

The only thing I haven’t tried yet is unplugging the hub. The only commonality is all my devices have this “device updated” item in the log. They all happened at a similar time. I don’t know what it means.

For comparison sake, mine is a hub v2. Since yesterday’s outage, all devices came back with no issues, in fact the only problem was the Android app itself.

Devices consists of door contacts, motions sensors, sirens and GE Link bulbs. Cannot say why it was not an issue for me and problematic for others. I use only apps recommended by Smartthings to control my devices and no mumbo-jumbo scripts that I do not know to install myself.

I had a few devices that did not come back online after the outage too. I went to the associated smart app opened it then hit done and things started working. (Motion sensors controlling bulbs and switches). All seems fine now.

I can open the iOS app, but it is now totally empty - showing none of my devices or smart apps. Still waiting for some support as I really don’t want to have to re-build my entire configuration again - that would be enough for me to look for alternatives.

IFTTT is down right now! I was trying to control my Hue bulbs through IFTTT but I couldn’t. When I checked the server status, it reported a partial outage. I didn’t want to make a new thread so I posted in this one.

Should we be back ? My hub has been offline all day. I assumed something wrong at home. But now that I am home and restarted my hub it is still offline.

If I ping it from ide it says it reached the hub the the hub remains offline.

V2 hub. What to do now ?
