Is ST down (cloud services & mobile app)? [Resolved]

My mobile app will not even load…

I think it is my fault. Bruce had just made a change to Rule Machine that I requested. I just finished modifying my Rules to incorporate the change that he made. Then everything crashed. :slight_smile:

Just started working…

I think the back end crashed when ST engineers tried to make Rule Machine locally processed.

Their time-based system checks failed :slight_smile:

Or update at sunset failed haha

I just merged 3 threads related to this outage. It should now be resolved.

It doesn’t seem to have resolved for me. Although I have “some” connectivity from my phone/app. My presence is still listed as away even though I am home.

I can interact with my lights via my Mobile App but I cannot disarm Smart Home Monitor. It just sits and spins.

I have opened a ticket.

I was finally able to disarm my SHM. Roughly 20 minutes after the resolution of the mobile event.

I am still unable to disarm the Smart Home Monitor… the alarm keeps going off… its super fun :frowning:

Same here. Can’t disarm SHM. I just told it not to use the siren, so I can move around my house for now.

Anyone have any devices that arent being updated in the app?

I can look at lists of events in the IDE and see sensors changing state but they don’t show that way in the app and haven’t in about 11 hrs.

SHM is out of sync in the iOS app for me. The online IDE shows the value I would expect, but my app status is different. We’ll see what happens when I get home and whether SHM disarms or my alarms go off as I walk in the door…

Just realized none of my devices work currently. Not sure how long it’s been. They worked 12 hrs ago.

Probably an ID-10T ERROR…seems to be working now.:stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

haha. Just figured out what that was!!

I see posts about people devices working and such since the outage yesterday. I have rebooted my hub and none of my devices seems to respond. Anything I should be specifically doing to remedy the situation?

My SHM is still stuck in armed away and wont let me disarm. (ticket with support opened yesterday - haven’t heard back yet)
