Is dashboard dead on iOS and delayed text messages

Is it me or the dashboard totally dead right now and extremely delayed text messages on IOS.

@april Sorry created a duplicate thread. Please move it to ST app and iOS latest version slowness.

But the new symptom is text messages are delayed by 5-10 minutes…
