I’ve just purchased a new iPad Air. When trying to log into the iPad Smartthings app, it logs me out the second it logs in. Anyone have any idea on how to fix this?
The error is: “You’ve been signed out of your Samsung account automatically. Sign in again to continue using Smartthings”.
Hi, thanks for the reply. I have been trying to login for a few weeks. If I leave the app open, it just sits with the error on the screen and repeats when I click the ‘Ok’ button. I think it’s something to do with the location on the iPad, when it logs in I get a few seconds to open the menu and the ‘Get your location from this tablet’ has a red explanation next to it?
