iOS iPad Smartthings App auto logout

I’ve just purchased a new iPad Air. When trying to log into the iPad Smartthings app, it logs me out the second it logs in. Anyone have any idea on how to fix this?

The error is: “You’ve been signed out of your Samsung account automatically. Sign in again to continue using Smartthings”.

i had that happen about a week ago. I waited a bit (about 10 minutes) and it started working again.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I have been trying to login for a few weeks. If I leave the app open, it just sits with the error on the screen and repeats when I click the ‘Ok’ button. I think it’s something to do with the location on the iPad, when it logs in I get a few seconds to open the menu and the ‘Get your location from this tablet’ has a red explanation next to it?

that is normal when you have it turned off. i see the same on my ipad since i do not use it for geolocation.

have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app?

any ad blocking on your home network? just taking a wild shot with this question.
