There was no notification of a successful update in the mobile app

Spoke too soon. Seems some of my rules aren’t firing. Apart from lights not much else is working. RM issues?

Hmm
Seems like my Z-Wave version is still pending an update.

Mine update at 16:44GMT. The mobile app still shows the hub as offline in big red letters at the top even though it clearly is back and working OK. It’s remote from me in France but I can see device status updates and can control things with the app. Maybe it’s a stupid user issue but I can’t refresh to get rid of this Hub Offline message. It shows as Active on https://graph-eu01-euwest1.api.smartthings.com.

The zwave sucid should be 01 unless you have it joined as a secondary controller.

If it’s still 00 after the zwave update completes, put in a support ticket.

Still waiting for mine :grimacing: to come down. I’m nervous. The last update fubared my last hub. So I had to have it replaced. The new hub has been working amazing. Fingers crossed

I gotta say i want to eat my words. mine updated and i didn’t even notice. no misfires, everything working as it should
glad noone took me up on the 100 to 1 odds of a successful upgrade. now to see what improvements if any.

Mine shows it as 00.

How do I know that Z-Wave update was even completed?

this is the old ZWave VERSION

My zwave is still on 3.83 after update.

Everything else updated.

Just got update. Took about 5 minutes. So far everything seems to be working.

Same here, the hub firmware got updated, but the Z-Wave version did not. My SUCID is 00, but it was never joined as a secondary controller. If the SmartThings hub node ID is 01, then it is very unlikely (impossible almost?) that it was joined as a secondary controller. It seems that there are possibly some defective hubs out there with this problem.

By chance, were you part of the first batch of preorders for the v2 hub?

Here is a thread with more information on the issue.

As a matter of fact, I was. I was in the beta program.
