HI Angela. Its about 5 weeks i think, i’m not completely sure what my date for the offer signup is. I go an email from ‘no-reply@m1.email.samsung.com’ with the title ‘your Bulb offer is ready’ with a 1 time use code to enter on the Samsung page, the items were delivered the next day by DPD. Just add that email address to your contacts so it wont end up in spam folder, i have a very enthusiastic spam filter sending most emails to spam
