How to OTA for my zigbee device?

Does the SmartThings Hub support OTA for zigbee device? If supported, What can I do for this? Where can I read the guide for OTA?

The OTA firmware update is not supported through the SmartThings Hub. This question came up a while ago and this is the feedback provided:

No, unfortunately, firmware updates are still not supported to be done through the SmartThings platform. You could do what others mentioned above of connect to other controllers to make the firmware update and then connect back to ST. Or, you can check if the manufacturer of your devices provides other options.

We confirmed this is still true with the engineering team.

Except for Aeotec/Samsung Zigbee devices, correct? If you go to the information tab on a Samsung Zigbee device, a message underneath the title will be displayed telling you that the latest version is installed, or provide a button (I think) to update the firmware OTA.

All other Zigbee devices do not contain such a field under the title.

I don’t have information on this. I’ve seen that the app shows messages depending on the current status of the firmwareUpdate capability, which I think might be the case for the devices you mentioned.
