Whenever I click on Samsung account, I get this
The request's Content-Type [application/x-www-form-urlencoded] is not supported. Expected:
application/json
Same goes to any other invitation link. Any helps please?
- try clearing out the cache for Samsung.com and smartthings.com
- try an incognito/private tab in your browser
I tried with incognito tab but same errors.

Did that as well… lol
report the issue to ST support. I clicked on it using Firefox and it took about 40 seconds before it loaded but I did get in. Chrome was fine also.
not a fix but you can try a different browser to accept the invite.

I used Edge, Brave, Chrome, Safari. All failed. lol A stupid question, how do I contact support?
you can use the ST app, go to Menu and select Contact us

Just tried to accept Taustins test channel and same error for me.
Have you try adding before? Or this is your first time as well?
I have been accepting these for awhile. But for some reason its not working right now.
