I have recently encountered an error when opening some webpages, stating “An unexpected error occurred.” For example, when I visit the following links: Introducing the SmartThings Edge Device Builder with Step-by-Step Tutorial | Samsung Developer and Samsung account, I am prompted to log in with my account and enter my password. After that, I need to input a verification code sent to my phone. However, once the verification is completed, I encounter the message “An unexpected error occurred,” as shown in the screenshot below.
I have tried many methods to resolve this issue, including switching browsers and computers, as well as using a VPN, but nothing has worked. I suspect the problem may be related to my account or because my phone number is from China. This issue has been bothering me for a long time, and I hope to receive your assistance, especially from Samsung’s engineers. Thank you for your help!
