Since the latest updates, none of my Samsung Smartthings plug communicate with the hub. I can’t even add them on after resetting them, was there any QA on this release?

Enable support access to your account:
- Please confirm that the email address that you use in the community is the same as that in SmaertThingsm if not, please send us by private message
- Go to the SmartThings Web (my.smartthings.com)
- Log in to your Samsung Account
- Select Menu (⋮) and choose Settings
- Toggle on Account Data Access
- Select the time period and confirm - In this step, please select “Until turned off”, once the team finishes, we’ll let you know so you can disable it again.
Hi Alejandro, yes same email address, and I’ve granted access. However, a day after I posted, the plugs started functioning and responding again, the firmware on the hub is the same, so I don’t know how they repaired themselves. There was a period of 3 days when the stopped responding. I even tried to re-add them, but ‘handshake’ between plugs and hub would not happen (hence I was certain zigbee coms was broken to the plugs). Hue continued to function, but probably because the Hue Hub did zigbee coms.
