I want to know about c2c connection way.
Is there a way to connect to a 3rd party server other than wwst authentication?
Or is it necessary to receive wwst authentication to be able to link with SmartThings?

Could you clarify if you are looking to integrate a device with SmartThings using Schema, or if you just want to access the SmartThings API from your cloud server?

Yes, it is. The integration must be certified for it to be available to other users. It cannot be published in any other way. However, if it’s for personal use, you can work with Schema.
