Help. I have two buttons (IM6001-BTP01) and one of them will only register hold, it will not regester one or two presses. It also drops the connection frequently and i have to delete it and add it back. I have had it placed within inches of the hub for 3 days and this continues to happen. Any ideas or should I return it?
Have you tried resetting it and adding it again?
Multiple times. I reset it and added it again about 2 hours ago and it still will only recognize hold, not press or double press.
