SmartThings Button Keeps Going Offline

I had the same issue a while back.
Do you have any other buttons?
If you do and they are ok, return it, it is most likely bad. Thats what i did with mine. replacement has been flawless since.

Button IM6001-BTP01 will only register hold

Help. I have two buttons (IM6001-BTP01) and one of them will only register hold, it will not regester one or two presses. It also drops the connection frequently and i have to delete it and add it back. I have had it placed within inches of the hub for 3 days and this continues to happen. Any ideas or should I return it?
