I used the JST pigtails linked in my post above. They are black/red, but someone else posted above a link to white shrink tubing which you’ll need anyway to cover the soldered joint, so it can cover the whole JST cable. Sorry I don’t know the specs, but the shipping was fast.
Thanks for all of the information, especially the part about the “Micro-B USB” connector having a proprietary (non-standard) wiring schematic. I was beating my head against the wall trying to figure out where I had made a mistake when I soldered a standard connector to the new battery I bought.
I thought about making a JST-Micro-B USB “translator” connection as MrHolman said, but in addition to being ugly it would make the wire too long and it would be hard to hide behind my shades. As other people have mentioned, these battery packs are effectively disposable and can’t be reused anyway so I cut off the JST end of the Somfy Li-on battery pack and soldered on the “Micro-B USB” connector from the Bali battery pack in its place. There is no way to “turn off” the battery pack so you have to have good technique so that you don’t accidentally short the battery while you are doing the wire stripping or soldering. The battery supposedly has some sort of reversible fuse protector to prevent it from melting itself in case of a short, but I don’t want to verify this.
Two more helpful bits of information. You will need 2mm white heat shrink wiring to protect the individiual positive and negative wire strands after soldering and then a piece of 5mm white heat shrink wiring to wrap everything up and make it look nice. I’ve included links to Amazon here:

I took some pictures, too and have attached them. The last picture shows what the Somfy battery pack looks like once it is mounted, but it is now powering a Bali roller shade. In addition to not having compatible wiring harnesses, the battery packs also have different mounting brackets that require drilling new holes. Somfy really knows how to screw over its users to the max!
