I think this is the problem did you setup the NST to link to your nest, you will need to go to nst app and link your nest account to the NST. After that,
Go to My Home->things, you should see nest as one of the things you have.

When you say nst you mean Nest app or smartthings app?

nst, I mean smartthings nst manager app. You don’t need to do anything on nest app.

click on the icon at the left. You will get a web page, scroll to the
bottom you will see delete button.

DId you following all the installation instruction? There is a step “Enabling OAuth”. May be you need to do it again after you connected to your hub.

I got everything working now with one exception, in the sleep timer the option when switch on don’t show me the nest thermostat , only my samsung tv, but everything else is working

Which tab of the timer app you are not seeing the nest?
The first tab is for the switch, not the thermostat.
You will only see the nest in the second tab which mark choose thermostat.
If you see the nest in things, you will see the nest in the second tab.

Yes in the second tab yes , but I did one test to turn off in 2 minutes but didn’t work

The first tab is not the thermostat, All these are part of the setup. If you did not set them up correctly, nothing will work.
What is the switch you pick for the first tab?
Was you able turn on the air conditioning with the switch you pick?
