If there is no nest in things, something is wrong with NST setup. Go to NST app and see if there is something wrong. Do you have a nest account?

yes, if you don’t see the nest in things, you will not see it in the timer.
When you setup your NST, under mange/view devices, do you see any physical devices?

The device handler look good. But did you go to NST smartapps to set it up?

No, you need to go to automation->smartapps->NST Manager and do the setup there.

To add the smartapps, go to the bottom of automation->smartapps->add a smartapp, and pick the one from my apps, you should see the nest manager or nst automations ( i don’t know which one, you can try both)

no don’t shoe me this , the only one show me is thermostat timer

It seems like you have problem with nst manager installation, try to republish all the nst smartapps and device handler in the web again. Look like the nst automation app is edited but not published.

click on the icon at the left. You will get a web page, scroll to the bottom you will see delete button.
