Is it just me?
App fails to to open…bumps me out to “Are you an existing user?” Then won’t accept credentials. Then grinds away on the Welcome screen.
This, of course, as I was logging into SmartThings to let someone into my house!
I hate to be a complainer, but… Who knows, maybe it is just me.
I just got an email saying there is a platform outage for some users.

My iPhone app is out as well. Set off alarms when we walked in. Couldn’t open app to reset. This is twice now in about a week.
Same here, sat in the car when we got home for about 20 minutes trying to disarm the house and not set off the alarm. Finally gave up and walked to to all lights coming on and sirens blaring scaring the crap outta the dogs, wife pissed off at me and now she wants me to tear it all out and call Ackerman security.
Not in a good place mentally right now
Happy to “relax”…but the fact of the matter is that the more we integrate Smartthings into the minutiae of our lives (and our security), the more annoying (and worse) these unanticipated outages feel. Don’t drink. But maybe I will now.

ST seems to back up for most people.

This is exactly my experience yesterday. Except the siren went off three times before I could make it to the hub to remove the batteries.
