Yes, I don’t know why the “spyglass” image is static, because it’s not that way on the iOS version of the app. It’s called “parallax Navigation View.” Just look at the scrolling behavior of the Google Play Store app to see it in action. Tagging @Ben and @kris (these may not be the right people, but I’m guessing they know who is).
