Same situation. V2 hub, South Central Texas, 49.09.
I’m not aware of any way to get an update before the process decides for you. And, of course, no way to put a hold on pending updates.

Nothing on my Uk hub, maybe another delay or a really cautious slow roll out
firmware update is still in progress. Nothing you can do on your end but wait.
Thanks @jkp and gang, for the responses.
I assume they just forgot to update that status page to be about 50.10, instead of 50.09… but, message received… just wait longer.
I was hoping to see what new issues crop up with this update during the weekend while I have time to fix them, vs during the middle of the work week and my family angry with me until next weekend when I have time fix any issues. Oh well. Hopefully it is a smooth update and my wife doesn’t threaten to divorce me over SmartThings again… that’s really getting old at this point.
I’m in a western US state and both of my V2 hubs updated on Thursday.
Grrr… Holland and Romania (For US citizizens: Those are countries in Europe ) just one of five done.
I agree: I have not much patience.
I’m in the SW of the US, rebooted both my hubs this morning, still on 49.09
My 10 cts: Rebooting not necessary as rebooting will be done afer upgrade automatically.
But many more are on 49. I have only one of five on 50.
I would normally agree with that, except in the update to v49.09, four of our hubs would not indicate the v49.09 “until” we rebooted manually.
That being said, I did reboot just to be sure and our two v2 Hubs are still on v49.09
Both my hubs updated to firmware 50.010 within the past hour. I am in the northeast US
Uk Hub now on 50.x also
On 50.10 (v2) now and new app (Android) but not seeing option to replace on either the Hub ellipsis or the IDE…
Does the option only appear once a backup has been taken or am I missing something?
Me neither but on my.Smartthings/advanced/hubs/characteristics it shows hubReplaceAvailability as ‘Available’ so it’s here! Not sure if have to wait for iOS update or have a new hub ready to show the option.
The official announcement said it would be a few weeks before it was available in iOS.
An app version of 1.8.09 or newer for Android or 1.7.09 or newer for iOS. This version for Android is rolling out to users right now and iOS will be available in just a few weeks.
A backup feature would be a nice addition to prevent hubs from being permanently bricked.
As for the other point, On Android I just found the beta apk and installed it, then the option downloaded itself after I opened the app, but doesn’t work since I’m on firmware 49 still.
My iOS device still has the normal app though as expected.
I tried rebooting the aeotec hub aswell to see if the new app version would force a check for updates but nope

That’s here with 50.10, on the other thread
Hi all! I wanted to provide some quick context on how hubs that may not be online function with the Hub Replace feature to hopefully answer some questions here. Hubs with software supporting the Hub Replace feature periodically create encrypted backups of information like network keys for its supported mesh networks, driver state, and other key pieces of information. So if a replacement is requested and the “source” hub is offline the most recent backup available will be used for the replace operation. If the hub is online a fresh backup will be created and used. Replacing an offline hub is “best effort” and may miss some changes that occurred between the most recent backup and when the hub went offline, so we recommend performing a replace when the source hub is still online if possible. …
Finally got the hub update about an hour ago on my v2. Now dealing with the devices that went offline and have not come back online after about an hour.
Weird. Should not be the case.
Be more specific. Which devices etc.
Welcome on this site btw.
Just discovered, on the first morning with 50.10 that a rule disabled now (in my case with API Browser +) shows up, as disabled, at the bottom of my routines on the app.
Was able to enable again from there. Has now disappeared from the routine list…
I’ve gotten it, not much in the way of major issues to report so far. Although I wonder if a Hub Cloning tool would be useful instead of losing the old one completely. Still dislike that it can’t form a smartthings mesh with other hubs on stuff like Matter-Over-Thread, ZigBee, Not sure if Z-Wave allows for two hubs in their networks but atleast set it to like an extender/repeater by copying settings etc
Google & Apple do it.
