I tried multiple times with the outlet within 5 feet of the smartthings hub and I cannot get it to pair with the hub. Can someone please let me know how to get this paired?
Try a general exclusion first

Do you remember what you chose when you added the jasco 4101? It’s not listed in available devices from the SmartThings app…

Sounds like you’re using the new app. Try using the “scan” button at the upper right corner of the add a device screen.
