Zooz zen34 can't change driver

I have two of these, one stopped working consistently (some actions work others don’t) so I tried to exclude it and reconnect to see if that would fix it, it reconnected but I have to switch the driver it uses to actually be able to use it, I have another one of these that works that’s already configured for the driver, so the driver is installed on the hub and I can change the other switch on and off the driver with no issue it just refuses to give me the option for this switch in particular anymore.

the my.smartthings.com does not list any other options in the drop down box and the android app just says “no results found” when I try to change the driver.

Is there a support option somewhere I’m missing?

Check the fingerprint to see if it happens to be blank or all zeros. If it is, the pairing failed, which is why you’re not getting the correct edge driver for it. This is the usual problem if you have two devices of the same model, but only one of them picks up the correct edge driver.

In my case I was apparently not quite close enough to the hub so pairing was failing but not indicating that it had failed so just moving closer to the hub when pairing resolved the issue.
